Can I change my username?

  • - We do not allow anyone to change their screen names once an account has been created

  • - This restriction is currently in place for security reasons


If I don't win the auction, do I get my tokens back?

  • - All tokens played are non-refundable and part of your willing participation

  • - Unused tokens are also non-refundable. We encourage participants to purchase token packages that most accommodate their purchasing and playing ability


Do you ship to Canada or internationally?

  • - No, domestic only. Items can be shipped anywhere within the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C. as long as there is a valid mailing address. P.O box addresses are not a valid address


What is the value of a token?

  • - All tokens are valued at 25 cents USD

  • - Auctions are a pay-per-bid format


How much is charged back to the Seller (Commission collected by BidLife) in an Auction or Online Store?

  • - Auction fees paid by the Seller: nine (9%) percent flat commission fee for ‘Standard’ or eleven (11%) percent flat commission fee if the Seller wants their item ‘Featured’

  • - Online Store fees paid by the Seller: eleven (11%) percent flat commission fee for ‘Standard’ or thirteen (13%) percent flat commission fee if the Seller wants their item ‘Featured’


How much is shipping?

  • - Shipping is paid for by the Buyer upon completing the auction for an item won or when purchasing directly. Shipping costs will be estimated and pre-determined by the Seller, but not limited to: dimensions, weight, location and which delivery method is chosen (UPS or FedEx)


Can I return an item either won in an auction or direct purchase?

  • - If issues arise regarding a defective product, that will require the Buyer & Seller coming to an agreement on a remedy or solution, independent of BidLife.

Do you have win limits?

  • - There are absolutely no win limits placed on token playing participants. Win as much as you can and enjoy what the website has to offer


Do you allow more than one account per household?

  • - For the purpose of maintaining the integrity of each auction and equally fair play, each member within a household needs to create separate accounts from which they can play. Participants, registrants, Buyers and Sellers must be eighteen (18) years of age or older

  • - One (1) account per person


Does the BidLife website allow and/or protect from “bot” or shill bidding?

  • - There is absolutely NO “bot” playing or shill biding/token play. We want all of our participants to be assured that the website is safe, secure and offers everyone the same opportunity to acquire items made available by Sellers

  • - Best of all, participants playing tokens know only their position of play in every auction and once they play their opportunity only improves

  • - Participants can better control and monitor their level of play


Can Sellers use the online store or auction to sell an item?

  • - Yes, Sellers are able to sell any of their items through the online store or through an auction


Will the BidLife website refund the value of an item not received/defective or the value of tokens played in an auction for an item that was acquired but either not received or defective?
